ExtraExtra had the perfect strategy in mind when Havaianas wanted to devise a national marketing initiative that would promote make your own Havaianas and increase brand visibility in a fun and creative way. ExtraExtra conceptualized, constructed, and produced a full-scale summer marketing initiative: a traveling "fruit stand" style pop-up store. Completely collapsible and portable, the interactive fruit stand featured a back wall display of Havaianas sandals intermixed within fruit and floral basket displays. Customers were able to design and construct their own flip-flops, bringing a unique and personalized Havaianas experience to non-traditional retail locations. ExtraExtra utilized its extensive knowledge and network of lifestyle influencers to bring the Havaianas fruit stand to 8 distinct markets on both the East and West coasts. several thousand pairs of custom Havaianas were sold throughout the course of the 4 weekend, 8-city program.
